YOUR FAITH IS YOUR FATE: The Keys to Divine Healing Your faith is your fate! What you believe will happen to you is exactly what will happen! The Bible says that what you believe in your heart will determine your future. As your faith is will it be done unto you (Matthew 9:29). As a man believeth in his heart so is he (Proverbs 23:7). Unfortunately, inside the heart of most people is fear – not faith. This fear dooms them to defeat, but a life of faith is a life of Victory! The choice is ours. Our attitude of faith or our attitude of fear will determine what happens to us. That is why it is so important to believe the truth of God rather than the lies of the world that surround us. Where do these lies and fears come from? For God has not given us the spirit of fear but of power and of love and of a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). No, it is not God, it is the devil who fills our mind with fear and false information. It is his job to totally undermine our faith and our self- confidence by attacking our mind and deceiving us into believing we are unworthy and powerless. The Bible warns us that satan came to steal from us, and kill us, and destroy us (John 10:10). So the real question becomes who are we going to listen to…the God of faith or the devil of fear? That choice will determine everything that happens to us. It is very important to understand that satan talks to us through our mind and through the mouths of other people – not through our spirit. The devil roams around like a lion roaring in fierce hunger seeking someone to seize upon and devour (1 Peter 5:8, AMP). He devours us by filling our mind with fear and lies. Thank the Lord that God already defeated the devil in hell for us. God disowned the principalities and powers that were ranged against us and made a bold display and public example of them, in triumphing over them (2 Colossians 2:15, AMP). Now we have total authority over the devil! Luke says, I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy (the devil); nothing will harm you (Luke 10:19, NIV). Halleluiah! The devil cannot harm us! Nothing can harm us. God has already won the battle for us! (1 Samuel 17:47). Satan is powerless against us if we take authority over him with our words and our faith!
