It is a work of hypothetical predictive fiction that uses historical fact and scientific research as a framework for a theoretical story of the wars facing the human race circa 2000 thru 2040. What follows are selected extracts from War2040. ----------------------------------------- -------------------- “Men occasionally stumble over the truth, but most of them pick themselves up and hurry off as if nothing ever happened.” -- Sir Winston Churchill (1874 – 1965) ----------------------------------------- -------------------- Foreword The future that is waiting for us has been planned by conspiracies of powerful ruling elite’s for centuries. Those elite’s concluded long ago that mankind must undergo a culling process in order for the human race to advance in the form the elite’s have deemed desirable. That goal of advancement is to establish a global government supported by a fully integrated global economy controlled by a ruling body composed of the richest individuals, families, banks, and corporations in the world backed up by the military might of the leading industrial nations that will fight under one flag to put down the insurrections that will surely arise. In this ‘New World Order’ the vast majority of us will labor for subsistence wages based on what the lowest cost producer is willing to offer. To achieve those ends the more contentious, primitive and intellectually backward segments of mankind must be eliminated in large numbers from the face of the earth because (1) they have grown so numerous that the brute labor they provide is in excess supply even in their own geographic regions [lower economic classes of North America and Europe, Indian sub-continent, Asia, Africa, Latin and South America], (2) they represent a net drain on the physical resources of the earth, (3) their religious and political philosophies are not compatible with a globally integrated economy, and (4) they are low value consumers in the new global economy. Consider these simple facts: (1) the earth will not get larger, (2) the amount of water on the earth is fixed, (3) the amount of naturally arable land will not increase, (4) human population growth will, in the next 30-40 years, exceed earth’s capacity to support it unless catastrophic events drastically reduce and limit population growth, and (5) the rich and powerful will not commit financial and political suicide in order to postpone the inevitable destruction of the lesser classes of humanity. The unrelenting push for a global government supported by a globally integrated economy combined with global environmental degradation and possibly significant climatic changes due to global warming will quite likely reach a confluence in the next thirty to forty years. The die is cast. We are going down a path that will lead to the acceleration of the ongoing planned destruction of the majority of the human race. Answer: The elite HAVES that control the national governments of the world, democratic and non-democratic, through their purchased or simpatico publicly elected/appointed officials, civil service and private sector agents, foundations and corporations, want fewer healthy third world people because there are too many of them now. Inouye at the Iran Contra Hearings, 1987 The robot assembly factory was completed in the spring of 2028 at a secret underground location in Area 51 on Nellis AFB, Nevada. Only the people that worked in the assembly area knew that the final product was not related to aircraft. Parts were shipped in from suppliers from all over the country. The factory ran around the clock for a year. By 2030, 100,000 humanoid robots had been produced at a cost of fifty thousand dollars each. Five billion dollars was a bargain for an army of 100,000 that exceeded the expectations of the “10 Nevers” list. In the next 10 years, more than 1,000,000 would be produced. They would be the beginning of the “boots on the ground” of the deadliest military machine the world had ever seen. ------------------------------------------------ --------------------------- Chapter 7 Secrets “Secrecy is the freedom zealots dream of: no watchman to check the door, no accountant to check the books, no judge to check the law. The secret government has no constitution. The rules it follows are the rules it makes up.” -- Bill Moyers It was several months after the meeting at Camp David. Mack had the Executive Order signed by President Torres in his breast pocket. As Mack pulled into the driveway of his brother-in-law in Bethesda, Maryland, he started to think about all the good times that he had here with his wife before she died. But, he refused to feel sad because there was nothing sad about Victoria, except the senseless way she died. In order to stay sane, Mack had to learn to bury the dead in the ground and not his heart. As he approached the door, his mind came back to the real purpose of his visit. ---------------------------------------------------- ------------------------- The fifty million Muslims in Western Europe represent the largest group in any region of European culture capable and willing to instigate civil war. The thousands of anti-Semitic acts carried out each year in Europe especially in France over the past forty years have been largely carried out by Muslim extremists trying to demonstrate sympathy for the Muslims of the Middle East that are under the influence of Israeli rule. We know that UIF agitators have been infiltrating Muslim communities throughout Europe and their intentions are to increase this activity. We believe that any massive Muslim migration from areas of low water availability to Europe that are resisted by European governments will be viewed by Muslims in Europe as an attempt to wage genocidal war on Muslims. This is a no win scenario for European governments. They do not have the resources to allow mass migration and if they do not allow mass migration, war, or civil war will result. ----------------------------------------------------- --------------------------- We know that some countries are working on racially specific bio-weapons. “Porton Down, Britain's bio-warfare centre, admits genetic-specific weapons are theoretically possible.” Our “intelligence says Russia is also working on targeted bio-weapons, likely aimed at Chinese, as well as newly engineered germs resistant to all known drugs.” Our intelligence indicates that the Russians may be sharing technology with the Israel to target their Islamic populations. -------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------- When we wage war, it will be complete and total war. We will not take prisoners except for purposes of interrogation. We will not waste our time and resources feeding and caring for prisoners or refugees. The American taxpayer will no longer subsidize the reconstruction of a nation we conquer. We will not provide humanitarian aid for people we conquer. We will find and execute the leaders of all countries that choose to wage war against us. We may decide to keep a conquered nation as a territory if it possesses resources useful to us or critical for the global economy. ----------------------------------------------------- ---------------------------- The members of the United Nations General Assembly were in a state of shock. They had expected President Torres to make a strong statement. They never expected to hear an American president tell them that he did not care whether they lived or died. The old international game of the weak willing victim seeking to economically enslave the strong through guilt just came to an end. |
