The Pocket Guide to Staying Healthy at 50+ is a publication of the U.S. Dept. of Health & Human Services. It describes how to take charge of one's health; what to ask and tell a doctor, information about checkups, tests, shots and prevention charts. Included is a list of resources available. This is an Enhanced Letter Format (ELF) book. This means there are three versions which you will receive. There is a version in 18 and another in 28 point type. Each version is suitable for printing or viewing on a computer screen. These two are in PDF format and are accessed from a main menu.
