There are all manner of rats out there, skulking in the shadows, snuffling through the garbage of others, their beady little eyes darting around as they seek the cheese, but the truly cunning rat is lean, mean and heads up a team of bureau-rats that takes your hard-earned cash and administers it in such a way to achieve maximum satisfaction...for him.

Dave Ratigan is that rat. For him, 'downsizing' means stacking the vintage champagne in the executive fridge for the managerial cost-cutting committee. For you it means getting fired.

Wherever free drinks are served, whenever the work piles up and underlings are present to delegate it all to, and whatever the excuse to cynically embezzle taxpayers' money and evade responsibility with all manner of plausible cover stories, that's where you'll find Dave.

The rest of us slog on in the Ratrace, doing the hard yards, making the impossible happen with no budget, impossible deadlines and dumbly watching while Dave takes all the credit and swans around with the gorgeous Marilyn, the trophy girl-friend of all rodents' wet dreams.
