Project management as a profession can be an exciting and rewarding career. It does, however, take a certain mind-setto seek this profession. While many success-ful project managers have gotten where they are by accident, most of us who have actually sought this field have done so because we believe that there is a need for good project management, and we enjoy as en se of satisfaction when we are able to see an idea through to reality.
