A Matter of Names Summary
| Rishara is a City Guard, patrolling the streets, keeping the peace, and happy with herself and her life. Then a man she doesn't recognize attacks her, calling her Aedra. She kills him--and he reappears the next morning, alive again, and telling a wild story. He says she isn't the woman she thinks she is, but an infamous mercenary captain, Aedra of Nemia, who has had her memory stolen by the Imperial Wizard. And, he says, the Imperial Wizard is his twin brother, who once destroyed both himself and Rishara. He asserts the Imperial Wizard will destroy them again--permanently this time--if Rishara doesn't join with him to destroy the wizard.
