| The overriding theme of this small book is that it's possible for many Americans to be much happier, and I want to do my part to help them get there. To do so is no small matter, and it requires our being both thoughtful and attacking our problems from every side. Taken individually, the ideas in this book are interesting and potentially useful. However, as a whole, there collective realization would represent nothing less than a giant leap forward for the nation. With government action, but in more cases the government getting out of the way, I believe individuals making $20,000 and couples making $25,000 could live happily, and life could be a heck of a lot easier for everyone. The first in a series of seven, Ideas for America I, will continue to report on progress of current goals, as well as bring fresh new ideas and goals to the fore. |
