About the Author:

Rick Barker has been a Graphic Designer for over thirty years, in which time he has created and studied thousands of company logos. This book is a culmination of over eight years of research and design work. It contains skills on the interpretation of shapes and design, and their integration into a completed Company/Product Logo. Also included are important tips and techniques in creating, establishing, maintaining and/or redesigning a successful company image. Rick is currently a professor of Graphic Design on the college level, teaching Typography, Corporate Identity and Corporate Communication along with other graphics oriented classes.
