The Guided Man Summary
| Mild-mannered country boy Ovid Ross has made the big move to New York City, and tomorrow is his first job interview. His debilitating anxiety over the situation prompts him to get some help from the friendly people at the Telagog Company, and the hypospatial receiver they implant in his skull will allow someone with experience--in this case, Gilbert Falck, a Telagog 'controller' exceptionally skilled at giving interviews--to control Ovid's body through the crisis. When Ovid's initial success in the business world emboldens his courage in the matters of love, he finds himself at odds with Gilbert's intentions in regards to his girlfriend. |
