About the Author:
Mark Hollingworth M.Eng MBA, founded 5i over 10 years ago and has worked as a management consultant to the manufacturing, high-tech and healthcare sectors in Montreal for more than 15 years. Early in his career, he was a consultant at Consultech Canada, a firm specializing in the procurement of government financing, where he worked for both domestic and international clients on government relations, project financing, strategic business planning and feasibility studies. He now runs 5i in collaboration as part of a network of organizations - with each company specializing in different areas of business management.

He is currently a Faculty Lecturer in the Faculty of Management at McGill University, teaching Strategic Management, the Impact of Technology and Technological Entrepreneurship. His post is unique at McGill in that it is funded by three different faculties: Management, Engineering & Continuing Education.

Mark's particular interest lies in developing and implementing sustainable business strategies and promoting leadership in knowledge-based organizations. His book on this topic, Growing People, Growing Companies: Achieving Individual & Organizational Success in the Knowledge Economy was published in June 2002.
