No cars, no pollution - welcome to 2041. Europe and America, still
recovering from a string of environmental disasters triggered by the misuse
of GM crops, have seen their populations reduced by two thirds. It was forty years ago that David Fairchild went to jail for his part in an attack on a GM crop trial. Today he is leader of the Green Alliance Party and about to become European President. But the discovery of a body, in a London hotel room, casts doubt on Fairchild's role within the Green movement.
