The year is 2029, and Medal of Honor recipient, President Calvin Moore, is riding high. His controversial bill called the Hunt Law, has passed, authorizing the hunting of condemned prisoners on the devastated island of Santa Catalina. As other sweeping changes in the penal system await his signature, his former enemies in war, and conspirators within his own government, secretly plan for his demise. Buoyed by his successes, his friends, and his wife, Moore is unaware of danger, until the trap is sprung, leaving him with only one choice, to fight for his life.
