This is an 86 page Appointment Book. You can print out individual pages to keep on your desk to make handwritten entries and/or keep it as a computer file and make entries on-screen. With the computer file you can save and print, even revise entries. Since this is a PDF file you can search for any text in the book. Everything operates from a menu including going to a particular day. If you wish, you can print out blank pages and write in an entry. Each week is on a separate page. Everything is in 18 point type including the entries you make. We recommend saving the book on your computer desktop so it will be easily accessible. In addition to the appointments pages, there are separate sections for addresses, birthdays, doctor’s appointments and notes. There is a separate list of holidays. Everything about it is easy to use
