About the Author:
Kytka Hilmar-Jezek, is a Reiki Master/Teacher, a Doctor of Naturopathy and has a Ph.D. in Religious Studies. She is an author, educator, life coach, tutor, home school and raw foods consultant, full time stay at home mother and Reiki Practitioner with over ten years of experience in alternative healing.

For the past fifteen years she has been writing on the subjects of home birth, natural parenting, home schooling and the raw or living foods diet. Her articles have been published in numerous magazines and newsletters as well as web sites. She has her own column entitled "Ask Kytka" which can be found at her www.waldorfhomeschoolers.com web site.

She has also created and runs ReikiKids.com, a Reiki site for children.
