An Excellent Source for those facing foreclosure and all professionals
dealing with today's real estate marketplace , November 4, 2007
By Mercy F. Struthers "Real Estate Investor" (Centreville, VA) - See all my
reviews
A must read for everyone facing foreclosure AND real estate professionals (real
estate agents, real estate investors, lawyers, loss mitigation companies, etc.)
who wish to understand their customers' mindsets and needs to better assist
them. Clyde's book goes above and beyond basic foreclosure data. It arms its
readers with options and provides invaluable information to move on with their
lives immediately after foreclosure, restore their credit, and become home
owners again. The information is conveyed in such a compelling and uplifting
manner that it is hard not to act and do something immediately after reading the
book. A book with heart..."The Secret" of the foreclosure market in 2007!

Best book on the subject--quick read, true info, a lifesaver!, November 26,
2007
By Janice A. Norton "www.hotzine.com" (Santa Monica, CA) - See all my reviews
Clyde Goulet has written the best book on this subject that you will find. I
immediately read it the day I received it from Amazon, compared everything he
said to information from realtors, mortgage brokers, bank employees and people I
spoke to who had been through the foreclosure process personally. Everything he
said matched-up, and in fact, it is full of information that the banks probably
WISH you didn't know. He'll show you how to protect yourself, your credit, your
future, and also how not to get "taken" by folks out there who may be looking to
capitalize on your problems. Keep your position strong - knowledge is strength,
and it is rare to find such an excellent, consise, sincere and helpful writer,
right when you need him! Order it now, and, a tip from the author, be proactive
and take action without fear, but be informed first, and then move forward with
knowledge and confidence.

The Real Deal, November 27, 2007
By Bill P "Still hopeful" (Baltimore, MD USA) - See all my reviews
There is just no good stuff out there on foreclosures - if you are in it or
about to "step" in it! BUT, this book is the real deal. Not theory. Not legal
mumbo jumbo. Sure, your lawyer will tell you it's not good enough. But s/he will
charge a lot for just saying that - even if s/he is wrong! This man is straight
from the heart. There is a lot of simple practical information here. Sometimes
simple seems NOT ENOUGH. This book gets to the point. Foreclosure,or even
getting near it, is very intimidating, downright scary. It doesn't have to be.
Mr Goulet, knows it first hand. We don't have to be INTIMIDATED by the system.
There are very practical steps here that will help. I looked around the net
about the subject and it is downright confusing. The book makes things much
clearer. To be sure I was, getting it right, I was able to reach him personally.
My own situation is not bleak, but coming close. What he said personally is my
sense of what I was getting from the web and from his book. Go to the loss
mitigation department of your mortgage company earlier than later. You are much
more likely to save your property or get out from under in a more controllable
way than the stress of foreclosure if you wait until you are behind payments
already. There the tail is wagging the dog.
This book is a God-send and a cheap one at that!
Thank you Clyde for sharing your experience with us.

Excellent , September 10, 2007
By L. Linik - See all my reviews
In this current real estate market (2007), I highly recommend this book for the
many who are going or will have to go through the foreclosure process. This book
gives a quick yet thorough description of "foreclosure" and some great advise
either to go ahead or try to ward off the procedure. I shared this book with
several other people, and they were pleased with the advise as well.

A must read, September 26, 2007
By Graydon Pierce "G Pierce" (Orlando Fl) - See all my reviews
A Great Foreclosure Resource! Across the nation, foreclosures are on the rise
due to designer mortgages, rising debt ratios, and depressed housing markets.
Clyde does an excellent job guiding us through that process and shows us how to
restore credit and join the ranks of homeownership once more. Most homeowners
are at a loss as to where to find basic, credible, and instructional information
about the foreclosure process, or what to do when facing the time crunch before
an auction. I recommend it to those facing this financial dilemma. It is
possible to not only survive but prosper and thrive after foreclosure.
A must read for anyone who needs questions answered or for those of us looking
for insider information in the real estate business.

Great training for taking action, October 15, 2007
By gharatani "slodog" (San Luis Obispo, CA United States) - See all my reviews
I found Chapter 7 "Selling your house on your own" to be the best information
applicable for FSBO selling in these tough times. The entire book is a must
read, but this chapter gives incredible methods for both those in foreclosure
danger as well as those who are just trying to sell a home at the best possible
return without having to pay a commission. Mr. Goulet could probably write an
entire book just expanding on this that could help any homeowner looking to sell
their home and keep a large portion of their equity. I look forward to that one!
