About the Author:

Susan Jesuroga holds an M.S. in Management from Regis University and recently retired after nearly 30 years of holding staff and management positions in the software industry. She has transitioned to a life of management consulting, career coaching and art in Boulder, Colorado.

Daphne Davis holds an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Naropa University. She has been teaching meditation and self care skills worldwide for 6 years. She is currently working on her Ph.D. in Psychology at Penn State University.
