Oh, the cheesecake! It is so creamy, rich and yet light.
If you are like me, no matter what or how much I’ve eaten, there is always room
for a piece of cheesecake. It is by far my favorite dessert!
Cheesecake has been a part of my life for as long as I
remember. My mother made a wonderful cheesecake and it was served on every
holiday throughout the year. In my family it’s never a question of whether there
will be cheesecake served for dessert on holidays, it is a matter of who will
make it and which recipe.
This book was created out of my love for cheesecake, the
desire to try different varieties, and have the recipes assembled in one
location. Here is my collection of favorite cheesecake recipes. None of them are
too complicated for a novice baker and the ingredients are easy to find.
Please don’t be intimidated. The book begins with Tip &
Tricks. These helpful tips will guide you through choosing the best ingredients,
baking and serving a delicious and beautiful cheesecake. Cheesecake makes an
elegant presentation for most entertaining occasions.
The main body of the book is organized into four
categories; cheesecakes, cheese tarts, crusts and toppings. Each cheesecake
recipe is followed by the suggested crust and topping recipe. While each
cheesecake calls for a particular crust and topping, most cheesecakes could be
paired with other crusts and toppings to create a new flavor or texture. I
encourage you to experiment and enjoy the Collection. I hope you will find a
