Do you not run to food or alcohol to drown out this pain? Is your life so difficult you must seek to escape from your reality through food, drugs, or even a relationship? Addicts use anything that might relieve their discomfort. They seek a quick fix, a place of secret euphoria where uncomfortable feelings are not allowed to exist. About the Author:

Since the writing of this book, I have gone back to college. I finished my Associates Degree in Behavioral Science. I have begun my Bachelors Degree in Religion/Psychology. I am also enrolled in the Berean School of the Bible where I will obtain my license to minister. It is my goal to someday become a Christian Psychology Counselor specializing in recovery. The purpose of my journey is to help others find a better life like the one I found with God in recovery. If I can help just one person through the pages of my story then I have succeeded.
