The booklet also gives ideas of how to alter some of your existing tops, shows how to make a breast pad to wear, and how to add a lining pocket to a bra or bathing suit to hold the pad or a breast prothesis in place.

About the Author:
The booklet was written by a mastectomy survivor, who has had 18 years of post-surgery experience buying and sewing clothes that look nice. She also has an M.P.H. degree in Community Health Education from U.C.L.A., has taught home economics, and is currently a Technical Writer.
