Second Edition has many new features and enhancements including dynamic switching between landscape and portrait views, support for VGA and QVGA screens, and more. This issue has a detailed description of all the new features and enhancements. The New i-mate Windows Mobile 2003 Pocket PC Phone Edition and Smartphone devices have unlocked GSM phones, built-in camera, and integrate Bluetooth capability. Read the reviews of these two devices. NEC and Psion have released new Handheld PCs based on the Windows CE NET 4.2 OS. Editor Richard Hall takes a detailed look at these two new handheld PCs.
